Guide to Referees / Reviewers

Reviewers are considered based on expertise in the field of submission. Reviewers are expected to make known when contacted if it is feasible for them to work within the given time for the review. Reviewers must uphold the principle of confidentiality on the assignment by ensuring that the manuscript sent to them is not disclosed to anyone else. Reviewers are expected to do a critical review of the submission and provide technical report about the paper in line with the aspects provided on the review form. Finally, it must be noted that the editor takes the final decision on any submission and communicates decision to authors on behalf of the editorial committee of the journal.
