Manuscripts will pass through a formatting/style consistency check first. Any manuscript that fails this first test shall be rejected.
Manuscripts that sail through the first test will be subjected to peer review. Blind review is the journal’s policy.
Every manuscript will require TWO positive review reports to be considered publishable by this journal.
Accepted manuscripts will only be published when author(s) of such papers revise as reviewers recommend and pay a publication token of N20,000 (twenty thousand naira) or as indicated in the acceptance email into the account number provided in the acceptance email.
The Journal will be guided by the Open Access policy.
